For this project I created a typeface out of the naked female body to display one of Gilbert and George's ten commandments.
I chose Portsmouth as a destination for a new cultural centre and developed its identity and bespoke typeface.
Series of posters developed for a Samuel Beckett season of plays at the Royal Court Theatre. I experimented with watercolours and transparencies to obtain a more expressive result that would relate to each of the plays.
This project was based on the deconstruction and fragmentation of the type in relation to the context and storyline of Stanley Kubrick's '2001: A Space Odyssey'. As the relationship between the characters Dave and Hal-3000 breaks down, the type reflects it and becomes unreadable.
